Terms and Conditions

1.  All payments MUST be made at least 1 full week before the session. Failure to do so could result in the session having to be rescheduled. If a booking is made between 3-7 days before the session date the payment must be made at the same time. 

2.  If no payment has been made within the appropriate time (please refer to reference 1) the session will be deemed void and will not occur.

3.  All training materials and handouts must be discussed and arranged prior to the session, using the same time frames as stated in reference 1. This includes expected numbers (we know these things can’t always be helped due to illnesses etc.)

4.  In relation to the amount of participants in a session, please refer to the participant caps stated in the list of services. It is at Autism & Neurodiversity Coaching’s discretion to determine whether any extra participants will be allowed without incurring an extra charge or having to book multiple sessions.

5.  In the event of a session being cancelled because of the client: If less than one full week before the arranged session, there will be no refund for the client. If more than one full week before the arranged session there are two options: A full refund or the session moved to an alternative date at no extra cost. If the session is moved to an alternative date, this is at the discretion of Autism  Neurodiversity Coaching. 

6.  In the event of a session being cancelled because of Autism & Neurodiversity Coaching: The following applies to any amount of time before the scheduled session. There are two options: A full refund, or the session moved to an alternative date at no extra cost. If the session is moved to an alternative date, this is to be negotiated between both parties.

7.  In the event of a session being cancelled because of extreme weather conditions or a highly unusual event: An alternative date can be arranged between both parties. 

8.  Highly unusual events include fire evacuations of the client building, severe floods or fires nearby, natural disasters, terrorist offences within the area, worldwide pandemics and epidemics that affect the business, and family deaths or severe illnesses of individuals involved. Other unusual events may be taken into consideration. 

9.  Travel costs: These costs depend purely on the location of the client. If the client is based in the Chesterfield area we will waive any travel costs. Depending on where the location is dictates the method of travel. This could be a car, train, or taxi. Inner city locations would probably be visited via train for example. There will of course be no travel costs for any phone-based coaching or mentoring.

10.  The client must provide the following information prior to the session – electricity supply available (i.e. what does the client provide in terms of projectors/computers etc.), how big the venue is that the session will be taking place in, the layout of the venue (seating and tables, and where we are expected to present), if there are any specific things we need to know about staff/individuals (for example if someone has specific needs/struggles etc.), the number of participants in the session (we accept that people scheduled to be there may not be able to attend on the day for whatever reason, but that adding extra people in after everything has been agreed needs to be cleared by Autism and Neurodiversity Coaching first), and for businesses what times they start work and what time they have their breaks etc.

11.  The client provides the facility for the session, unless for individuals (which can be discussed).
